Romney has been steadily moving up the National Journal's candidate rankings, and is now at number 2, just behind McCain. Of course, we all know he should be at number 1, especially considering McCain's dismal numbers in the GOP Bloggers poll below. At least the voters on National Journal seem to know what's up...
